The grey era came with a great number of track options and accessories. Most were released in 1980, including this set 7852.
A-Model
The grey era came with a single design for points (or railway switch), in which one single track branches off, and starts running parallel with, the main track. This design came in left (branching off to the left) and right (branching off to the right) versions. This set 7852 contains a single left and a single right points suitable for push-along or 4.5V train sets. The points are controlled manually. The set also contains the required sleeper plates.
A similar set for 12V, with one left and one right point, is available as set 7856. This set was available from 1980 all the way to the end of 1990.
